Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
HostingOption.com's
Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is provided to offer
our clients and users a clear understanding of what HostingOption.com
expects of them while using the service. All users of HostingOption.com's
services: those who access some of our services but do not have
accounts, as well as those who pay a service fee to subscribe
to the services, must comply with this policy.
All services provided by HostingOption.com may only be used
for lawful purposes. This includes, but not limited to: copyrighted
material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, pornography.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HostingOption.com
from any claims resulting from the use of our services.

IRC
Bots
Warez
Sites
Pirated
Software
Hate
sites
Hack
programs and archives
If your usage ever exceeds ten percent (10%) of system resources,
your account may be terminated immediately and without prior
notice.
Use of HostingOption.com's services constitute acceptance and
agreement to HostingOption.com's AUP as well as HostingOption.com's
TOS (Terms of Service)
Violations of Acceptable Use Policy
The following constitute violations of this AUP:
Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
We
take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail,
bulk emailing, and spam. "Safe lists" and "double
optin" will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam
will have their account terminated without notice.
HostingOption.com reserves the right to require changes or disable
as necessary any web site, account, database, or other component
that does not comply with this policy, at its sole discretion.
HostingOption.com also reserves the right to make any such modifications
in an emergency at our sole discretion.
HostingOption.com reserves the right to charge the holder of the
account used to send any unsolicited e-mail a clean up fee. This
cost of the clean up fee is left entirely to the discretion of
HostingOption.com. All rights reserved.
Harm or Endangerment to other people
Threats: Use of the HostingOption.com's services for transmitting
any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that
threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property.
Harassment: Use of the HostingOption.com's services to transmit
any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that
harasses another.
Fraud
Distribution of Viruses:
Intentional distributions of software that attempts to and/or
causes damage, harassment, or annoyance to persons, data, and/or
computer systems are prohibited. Such an offense will result in
the immediate termination of the offending account.
Inappropriate Use of Software:
Use of software or any device that would facilitate a continued
connection, i.e. pinging, while using HostingOption.com's services
could result in suspension service.
Copyright
or trademark infringement
All services provided by HostingOption.com may only be used for
lawful purposes. This includes, copyrighted material, material
we judge to be threatening or obscene, pornography, patent, trademark
or any other proprietary rights of any third party. The customer
agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HostingOption.com from any
claims resulting from the use of our services.
Indemnification
Customer
agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold HostingOption.com
harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs
and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against
HostingOption.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees,
that may arise or result from any service provided or performed
or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its
agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify
and hold harmless HostingOption.com against liabilities arising
out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products
sold or otherwise distributed in connection with HostingOption.com;
(2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly
infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright
infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customers
from HostingOption.com's server.
Reporting
of Violations
HostingOption requests that if you believe
that there is a violation of this AUP, direct
the information to the abuse@hostingoption.com.
If possible, please provide the IP address
used to commit the violation, date and time
of the violation, evidence of the violation
and as much details as possible.
HostingOption reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without prior notice. All clients old and new abide by the latest version of AUP, TOS and Privacy Policy maintained at our site.
